Overall impression of the fundraiser: This fundraiser is a great idea. I love that I am earning money for my group just for giving my opinion. The work of fundraising is so simple to do when it's spread out to about five or ten minutes a week. I think one of the best parts is that you can choose if you want to participate in a survey or not. For example, when I was too busy to complete a survey, I could save the e-mail for later, or just delete it and do the next survey that came. This fundraiser was perfect for our group.
Comment on your earnings: I was shocked when I heard how much we earned from this fundraiser. The profits from doing a few surveys really adds up between about sixty people. It was shocking because earning the money was so easy, and it didn't feel like I was fundraising!
What do you plan to do with the money you made? We use our earnings to supplement the cost of scholarship, leadership, and fellowship events. We are hosting our regional conference in Spring '08 and at lot of our earnings are going towards this.
Final thoughts: I would recommend this fundraiser to any group. It is easy and doesn't take a lot of time or effort, and the profits really add up.
