The CampusFundraiser Campus Brand Manager Program (CBM) is an exclusive, on-campus job that allows a student to promote CampusFundraiser's proven fundraising programs to student groups on campus. Specifically, CBM team members creative promote CampusFundraiser on campus by:

• Identifying student group leaders on campus
• Handing out free premiums to key student group leaders
• Attending group meetings to inform groups about CampusFundraiser's programs
• Recruiting individual students to participate in on-campus Individual Fundraisers
• Hold events on campus to promote CampusFundraiser
• Help organize focus groups with student organizations and other field research
• And lots more!

Most of all, CBM team members utilize their knowledge of their campus, and student groups on their campus, to creatively and effectively design and execute a promotions plan for their campus.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Join the team! CampusFundraiser is seeking outgoing, highly motivated college students who are familiar with the landscape and culture of their campuses to assist in the promotion of CampusFundraiser. Serving as an on-campus representative for CampusFundraiser, Campus Brand Managers will encourage student groups to particicipate in free fundraising programs through CampusFundraiser. The Campus Brand Manager will act as an ambassador of the CampusFundraiser brand, becoming the on-campus "eyes and ears" of CampusFundraiser. Campus Brand Managers get an inside look at CampusFundraiser through continuous dialogue with the marketing, promotions and business development of our proven fundraising programs. Specifially, Campus Brand Managers are on the front line of developing trends in our business, and are charged to think creatively to identify and solve problems to take our brand to a higher level.

COMPENSATION

Campus Brand Managers earn a $100 weekly salary for each week during the school year, plus significant bonuses based on performance. An average Campus Brand Manager can expect to earn $2,500 per semester, plus an opportunity to earn an free paid cruise as a reward to end the school year. Campus Brand Managers will also earn valuable business skills, including analysis and problem solving, that are invaluable during future employment opportunities.

ELIGIBLE STUDENTS

While this intership lends itself to students majoring in business, advertising, communications or public realtions, the Campus Brand Manager program is open to ALL majors. Qualified candidates will be outspoken, motivated, have leadership experience, and have some connection to student groups on their campus.
