Are you ready for some FOOTBALL?!
The men on the varsity team at Brillion High School are definitely ready. Back to school also means back to football in all its glory. But this team was in need of some funding to support their football program. Instead of selling pizza, a fundraising idea they had often used in the past, team leader Jim Schwantes decided it was time to tackle CampusFundraiser for the fourth time!
Jim tells us, “CampusFundraiser is the best; it’s quick and easy and is done in less than a WEEK!!” He goes on to say that “the contact person for Campus Fundraiser was awesome. She kept in contact and was there for any support.” As for the 33 varsity team members, “They love the concept of being done in a short time,” Jim says.
After the successful completion of the Family and Friends Magazine program, the Brillion Varsity Football team earned a total of $2,450. So where will the money be going? Jim says the team will be “buying football equipment that otherwise we could not get.”
