Customer Service: Check Inquiries

Please considering the following before submitting your inquiry as this information may provide you with a more efficient reponse.

• Your group's fund raising check should arrive within 3 weeks of the completion date of your fundraiser (the date which applications were generated on, or the day that your orders arriving in our office).

• If you have in fact received your check, but need to alter the pay information, please submit the form below and include the new payee information for us to process. Please keep in mind that all checks must be made out to the student group; however, the check can be made out in care of a certain individual.  For example, "Theta Chi – MI St U c/o Amy Smith."
