Please considering the following before submitting your inquiry as this information may provide you with a more efficient response.

• If you are uncertain as to where a charge has originated from on your credit card, please note that if it is in increments of $40 or $25, your credit card number was used to purchase a magazine (s) to support a collegiate group, such as a fraternity, sorority, special interest group, athletic team, etc.

• If you feel that you have been overcharged for a subscription, our processing department will need to know the amount which you were expecting to be billed.
