Springtime. All the Gymnastic Club’s dues are used up.
Trouble. Nobody on the team has any experience in fundraising.
Challenge. Need to transport the team to the NAIGC Club Gymnastics nationals in Michigan and pay for the meet fees, team fees, and hotel rooms.
Distractions. Midterms, papers, and the career planning necessary for an Engineering major. A personal life would be nice in there someplace, too.
Under pressure for fast, accurate decisions, group leader Daniella Reynolds took a chance on the CampusFundraiser flyer she picked up in the student union. “I didn’t think it was legitimate,” she says now with a laugh.
