            Looking at the bottom line of your Fraternity’s budget never seems to give off a good reaction.  For the brothers of Kappa Delta Rho, the number never seemed to be large enough to handle everything that the Fraternity wanted to do.   Dues were getting too expensive for the members to handle, and their social and Greek Week budgets were basically non-existent. 

Fundraising chair Scott Feely knew that this was his time to step up and do something about it.  They had tried different fundraisers over the past few semesters, but had never been too successful.  So Scott decided to give CampusFundraiser a call and find out what they had to offer.  He said that he decided go work with CampusFundraiser over other organizations because of the “excellent customer service in learning about the fundraiser and quick replies from the staff.”       

            He signed up for the Family and Friends Magazine Fundraiser and brought the idea to his group.  “At first they were skeptical,” says Scott.  Who could blame them?  But CampusFundraiser wasn't charging them any money to hold the fundraiser, and they were organizing the whole thing for them, so they forged ahead.  They were soon found out that the CampusFundraiser experience was nothing to be skeptical about. 

“It was a very organized, not extremely time consuming, fun, and effective fundraiser,” Michael says.  “This is the first successful fundraiser we have conducted in the several past semesters.”  Successful it was!  The brothers ended up raising $1,400 in just three days!  That should help their budget!

At the end, not only were the members no longer skeptical, but “they had a good time doing it,” adds Michael.
