Just ask Lou Nosko. He used to ignore our monthly mailings – at least until he and some friends took a trip to Daytona Beach. “Seven of us saw the Citibank credit card program work while we were on spring break, and I suddenly realized we had been missing out big time.” he says.

Looking back, he now realizes what a waste their “effortless fundraisers” were. “We made $360 with our last slave auction” remembers Lou.

Of course, once he started paying attention Lou quickly saw the benefits of working with CampusFundraiser. “We needed money for our group. Simple car washes and other easy fundraisers were not bringing enough money for all of us. Even when dues were added in, we still needed big money to do the things we wanted but couldn’t afford.” And so they set to work.

The guys at Nu Sigma Alpha learned a few things in fairly short order:

1)      They were going to have to work a bit to make their money

2)      CampusFundraiser would make it as easy as possible for them

3)      They had no financial risk

4)      It was WELL worth the effort they invested

Says Lou of the program: “The people at CampusFundraiser were so helpful and explained everything very clearly. I felt relaxed after our facilitator spoke with us, telling us what was expected and how much we might earn.”

And what was the reaction of the brethren? “They were excited at the opportunity of the easy money. And while the hard work surprised some of them, they all gave their maximum effort.” This was immediately obvious afterwards when they realized the group had earned double what they had set out to make.

With the check now in the bank they’re debating what to do with the cash. “Some of it will be earmarked for the next spring formal, I think, though we may also re-carpet our hall.” Either way they’ll have permanent memories of the great experience they had working with CampusFundraiser.
