Please considering the following before submitting your inquiry as this information may provide you with a more efficient response.
- If you have magazine orders that have been entered multiple times or were entered with the wrong information, simply highlight the discrepancies on your sales report, which is returned to us with the rest of your package, and our processing department will make all of the appropriate adjustments.
- If you are not able to find a title in the online shopping cart environment that corresponds with a title in our brochure, please paper clip these orders and attach a note indicating your inability to properly enter these orders and our processing department will be able to troubleshoot the situation.
