The purpose of the Ohio University Sports Marketing Club is “to introduce club members to the sports industry, create jobs and internship opportunities, and to help students enhance their resume with practical experience.”  These experiences often include conference trips which require money. So team leader Ian Davie decided to call CampusFundraiser after receiving their e-mail. 

“I got interested after I started reading all the success stories - plus it looked easy.” Ian explains. “CampusFundraiser supplied me with everything I needed when it came to information and support.” The other 43 group members were “excited to help and couldn’t believe the success” Ian adds.

After raising $1,190 in just 3 days with the Family & Friends Magazine Fundraiser the OU Sports Marketing Club is chartering a bus to take them to their Georgia Southern Conference Trip in February. They also treated everyone to pizza for their hard work!
