Celebrating the 10^th year anniversary of Phi Kappa Psi Fraternity at University of the Sciences in Philadelphia sparked excitement and pressure.

The dilemma - they want to last another 10 years but since they are a self funded fraternity that has the responsibility of renting their pledge house, raising money for national dues, house expenses plus any fines they may run into, the financial press was on and group leader Gregory McRae needed a quick fix.

Fed up with raffles and t-shirt sales he decided to join forces with CampusFundraiser!  He happily tells us “It was a great experience; we finally realized our true potential and the experience also worked to boost group morale.” Greg also adds “The fundraiser was quick, easy and very organized.” The fraternity also realized that “with everyone’s help we could do great things!”

And great things they did - the fraternity earned $1,220 in 4 hours with the mtvU Non-Sales Fundraiser! So how are they spending the money? Greg tells us “we plan on using the money to settle any housing costs we may have, and also to organize more formal events in which we can invite our alumni out to show them that we care about our fraternity and that we are continuing to thrive.”
